Social Service Programs

Our
Community

  • Housing Stabilization: Identify and address economic needs and help connect people in need with state or federal programs for which they may be eligible. In addition, we partner with other non-profits in the area and may be able to refer people in need to services they provide such as car maintenance.

  • Coordinated Entry: is a process that allows organizations to share a common intake and assessment tool in order to better coordinate our efforts to address the needs of the homeless. We provide assessments for Carver, Scott, and Dakota counties.

  • Abundance Food Program: In partnership with Carver County and local food providers such as restaurants, churches, event centers and retailers, our Abundance food program complements local food shelf services. We rescue food items, including prepared food, and redistribute them to people in need. This connection assists people in need AND minimizes food waste. Includes weekly food deliveries.

  • Mobile Resources: clothing, household goods and food (frozen, refrigerated and dry goods).  Watch for our upcoming schedule of where we will be parking our van and bus to offer these free resources.
